We keep your order at the NINI BOUTIQUE for pick ups for 7 days. If you can’t make it within this timeframe, please let us know and we will hold your order as requested. Without notification, your order will be canceled after 7 days.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags attached. All orders must be returned within 14 days. Return costs lie with the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

WARRANTY
NINI products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable, or we will notify you to inform you that we cannot repaire it to a standard we consider to be durable and lasting.
